Fairies
have bodies which reflect their anomalousness,
subtly or directly. Fairies are also particularised
to the local situation, as the changing role
of nymphs indicates. Fairies are common to peasant
cultures, cultures where the centre of life
is the village and the space around it.

Most
believe fairies do not exist, but too many stories
abound that dispute this belief. They may be
known as the Little People, or Leprechauns,
or Wood Folks, and many other common names.
But I believe they do exists.
