Both Pinky and Brain were subjects of the same experiment. However, the experiment that made Brain super-intelligent made Pinky an insane but funny and loyal companion. Pinky is often the inspiration for some of Brain's most promising plans. Rob Paulsen is the voice of Pinky.

Rob chose the English accent for Pinky because he was a big fan of Monty Python's Flying Circus and other British comedy shows. Rob Paulsen first realized his vocal talents when he was 12 or 13. He noticed that he was good at picking up dialects.

Then he would practice by singing in different dialects and characters. In 1983, Rob was hired as the voices of "Snowjob" and "Tripwire" in "G.I. Joe."

He has also done other voices in shows such as "Animaniacs", "The Mask", "The Tick", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", "Biker Mice From Mars", "Sonic The Hedgehog", "Mighty Max", "Bump in The Night", "Taz-Mania", and "Tiny Toon Adventures." He has even been in movies in "Body Double," "Eyes of Fire," "The Perfect Match" and "Warlock" and has guest starred in "MacGyver" and "St. Elsewhere."
