Although puppies can be really cute and cuddly they can sometimes mean trouble. Just like kids, puppies are full of energy and seem to spend most of their time running around and playing.

But they can be a big problem too. If you leave them alone with none one to love they can chew up your furniture, attack your cat or even accidently pee on everything. That's why it's important to be receptive to your puppies needs.

If your new puppy has just been separated from it's mother it is really important that you help it through this time period. When the doggy goes to sleep make sure that you put a ticking clock near by so that it will help the puppy go to sleep. Puppies love ticking sounds.

Also remember to have plenty of energy and love for your puppy because just like human kids a small dog is curious and needs lots of attention to help it grow. Make sure you give it enough love. And remeber, if you can't be a responsible pet owner don't buy a puppy, you can't be lazy with this animal.
